Resilience, Wellness & EFT Coaching in Dubai

If life feels overwhelming, emotionally heavy, or constantly “on”, you’re not alone.

My 1:1 resilience, wellness and EFT coaching sessions support women who are feeling anxious, burnt out, or disconnected from themselves, often while holding everything together for everyone else.

This is a calm, supportive space to slow down, regulate your nervous system and gently reconnect with yourself.

Who is this coaching for?

This support is for women who are experiencing:

  • Overwhelm, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion

  • A constant mental load or difficulty switching off

  • Burnout, people-pleasing, or loss of self-connection

  • The emotional impact of expat life or motherhood

 

You don’t need to be in crisis; many women come simply because they want to feel calmer and more grounded again.

What we can work on together.

Each session is personalised and guided by what you need most. Together we may work on:

  • Emotional regulation and nervous system support

  • Anxiety, stress and overwhelm

  • Boundaries, confidence and self-worth

  • Releasing emotional blocks and stored stress

  • Goal setting, timeline mapping

  • Building resilience and inner strength

 

Sessions are gentle, paced and focused on creating real, sustainable shifts.

How EFT and resilience coaching support emotional healing

I combine resilience coaching with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - a gentle, mind-body approach that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress.

EFT (also known as tapping) supports the brain and body to process emotions more safely, making it particularly helpful for anxiety, overwhelm and emotional overload. It can even help you to heal from childhood traumas and past negative experiences which are stored in our energy system.

No prior experience is needed; everything is introduced simply and at your pace.

My approach to coaching

My work is compassionate, grounded and human.

I bring together professional training in resilience and EFT with lived experience as a woman, a mother and an expat. This is a space where you don’t need to explain, perform, or hold it all together.

The focus is on safety, self-connection and practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

FAQ's

Do I need to know anything about EFT before starting sessions?

Is this suitable for expat mums?

No, not at all. EFT is introduced gently during sessions, and everything is explained in a simple, supportive way. You’re guided step by step, at your own pace.

Yes. Many of the women I work with are expat mums navigating the mental load of motherhood, life transitions and being far from their usual support systems.

Is this therapy or counselling?

This is coaching-based emotional support and nervous system work. It’s not clinical therapy, but it can be deeply supportive alongside therapy or on its own.

How many sessions will I need?

There’s no fixed number. Some women feel relief after a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support. We go at a pace that feels right for you.

What if I feel emotional during a session?

Great! That’s completely okay. That's healing, and release. Sessions are held in a safe, compassionate space where emotions are welcomed and supported, nothing is forced or rushed.

Can I do this even though I feel like I'm functioning OK?
