A practical training in emotional regulation and resilience to help nannies feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to support children with care and patience.

Nannies hold an incredibly important role, shaping the emotional world of the children they care for. Yet many face stress, overwhelm, and challenges in managing their own emotions, and the ever-changing emotions of our children.

 

This training is designed to provide tools for emotional balance and resilience, helping them feel confident and supported in their work.

  • Techniques to regulate emotions in high-stress moments

  • Tools for resilience and self-care in daily routines

  • Mindfulness practices to stay grounded

  • Communication strategies to nurture connection with children

  • Practical exercises they can use immediately

** Price also includes a post training follow up call with mum/dad to see how the nanny is getting on with implementing the strategies in the home environment

Workshop Details:

  • Proposed timings: Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:30 - 1:30pm

  • Location: Enaya, Damac Hills Community Centre

  • No prior learning required

  • Your nanny will receive handouts, resources, tea/coffee and some snacks throughout the training

  • Workshops are limited to max 8 nannies to ensure a safe and empowering learning environment

I’m Libby Salord McLean, a Certified Resilience Coach, EFT Practitioner, and wellness advocate with nearly 20 years of experience in mental health. I’m passionate about empowering caregivers with tools for emotional balance and resilience; to build more peaceful, calmer homes.
