Hi, I'm Libby!
I support caregivers, nannies and expat mums who are ready to bring more calm, confidence and emotional connection into the lives of the children they care for; while also feeling supported themselves.

As a certified EFT Practitioner (working with the nervous system and subconscious mind), certified Resilience Coach and Wellness Trainer, my work centres on helping the adults around children better understand their own nervous system, emotional responses, and capacity to co-regulate. Because when caregivers feel resourced, children feel safe.

With over 17 years of experience in mental health and rehabilitation, and my own journey across Sydney, London, Spain and now Dubai, I deeply understand the realities of modern caregiving, the invisible load many women carry, and the importance of emotional support behind the scenes.

My approach blends evidence-based practices with deep compassion, creating learning spaces where caregivers feel seen, empowered and equipped with practical tools they can use immediately in everyday moments with children.

Alongside my training work, I continue to support women through coaching, women's circles and community spaces that nurture emotional wellbeing. I also created Pocket Wellness, a small collection of affirmation cards and journals designed to bring gentle moments of reflection into busy lives.

This isn’t just my profession — it’s a calling.
To support the adults who hold children, so children can grow in environments of safety, connection and emotional understanding.

I offer:
+ 1:1 Resilience, Wellness and EFT coaching for overwhelmed women
+ Emotional support for expat mums in Dubai
